This website is owned & operated by Priscilla Jo.  By using this website you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Priscilla Jo respects your privacy & by reading this, it will be described to you how your personal information is being collected, used, & shared when you visit the website, sign up for the newsletter, or purchase anything from Priscilla jo.  Please read through everything before using this website.

In order to use this site, you must be at least sixteen years of age.  We use squarespace to host our site & although they are a very  reputable platform we make no explicit warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, artwork. graphics, trademarks and service marks are owned by and property of Priscilla jo, or the credited party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You may use our intellectual property with clear and obvious credit back to our site citing Priscilla jo as the designer and creator of work you share including link to website (priscillajo.com) or tagging on Instagram as @priscillajohutsen, along with links back to the page where you took the materials, designs, quotes or images. You may never use, sell or share any of our intellectual property as your own or print for any purpose without written consent from Priscilla jo.

Financial Data:  

Financial data is data that is related to your payment method, such as credit card or bank transfer details. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Apple Pay or PayPal data), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information." We use Squarespace to host our website & shop.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Commenting on our blog

You have the ability to add a comment to our blog, in which case the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to this website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as the comment author, and will not be used for any other purpose, nor is it transmitted to any third party or data processor.  Contact us if you would like the information to be removed at anytime.

Newsletter Privacy

If you signed up to receive updates from the website & shop of Priscilla jo, then you had to provide your name and/or email in return to receive the monthly newsletters and updates from Priscilla jo.  Subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe and/or manage their email preferences at any time through the system I use, MailChimp. 

Subscriptions are taken in compliance with all relevant privacy laws; we will not subscribe you to any marketing lists or send you information without your prior consent. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely within the MailChimp system. No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company that operates this website. You can read the MailChimp privacy policy here.  You will have an opportunity on each newsletter at the footer, to unsubscribe from any future communications via email.

Your Rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for a reasonable amount of time unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
