quality guarantee

Paper/Ink/Quality:

Each image is printed on archival high quality Epson inkjet art paper using archival inks. The original work is created with ink & watercolor.  All art is created, printed, & prepared to ship from me.  I work hard to guarantee you will be happy with your purchase.  If for some reason, the art is damaged or not the quality you had hoped, please contact me and I'll do my best to make sure you are completely satisfied!

Easy Framing: 

Every print has some white space around the image so you can easily frame the work.

packaging/shipping

Packaging:

All 5x7 and 8x10 prints will be packaged inside a cello bag with acid-free backing board for support & shipped in a rigid mailer.  Nothing will be matted or framed unless notified in the description of that piece.  

Shipping:

Items will be shipped 3-4 business days of payment receipt.  All will be sent USPS First class.  Contact me if you need the artwork faster.  Insurance is not included in the shipping cost, but if you would like insurance, again please contact me and we can work out the adjustments.

return/refund policy

If you find the package damaged in the mail, you have 14 days to return the image for a replacement or a refund.   I'll do my best to make sure you are completely satisfied!

Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and I'll reship the replacement at my cost.
