About the artist

Welcome!

I’m Priscilla; a wife, mother to 3 little boys & an artist… juggling many hats on a day to day basis. Growing up on a farm in South Dakota was a HUGE influence to my style & love of color and design. After graduating with an illustration major from the College of Visual Art in St. Paul, MN, I moved to Seattle where I lived for 14 yrs, met my husband and had both my boys.

Due to my oldest being born with a major heart defect, there have been a few recent years where I barely had time to do any art in the cracks but eventually felt the need to have a distraction. I bought a camera and documented so many memories of my son growing up with a half a heart. Eventually, I needed a little more creative/stress release so I began calligraphy where I could practice for hours after everyone went to bed. I currently LOVE to mix art & calligraphy together & am excited to see where God leads me in my creative career next. Oh, and moved back to St. Paul, Minnesota in the fall of 2019 with my family!
