Not sure what he sees or what he's angry about.... but I'll let your imagination fill that one in.  What do you think he sees? 

This spring, like the last couple years, has been very VERY dry.  It's been beautiful but I got to kinda of admit... I miss me some gloomy days!  However, those days are past, now that festival season is here... and I really don't want to be this little fox trying to keep me and the artwork dry.  So bring on the sunshine!! :) 

For all you out there who are training for something or have a goal to accomplish anything great or small... be like this little fox who says it, believes it, and does it!!! There is one thing I have learned and keep on learning.... I'm not as big as I may think I am, as old as I believe to be, or as tired as I allow my mind to trick me.  Enjoy today but don't waste it on negative thoughts, empty calories, bad moods, and fear filled actions. Be that Absolutely Amazing YOU!

It's the end of May, and I've noticed quite a change in the scenery... little buds turning into leaves or flowers.  There comes a time when you may see a leaf here and there or maybe one tree all out for summer, but then here it is.... when EVERYTHING is out and shining with the brilliant yellow-green color I love so much in the Spring.  Enjoy the freshness and this week's little Fox.

Happy Mother's Day weekend to all you mothers out there.  I know one of my highlights of mom as well as many of yours I imagine, are the treasured moments of mom reading a story to us.... oh how we could just fall asleep!

Tell you mom or mum how much she means to you by reflecting with her on one of your favorite child/mother moments.

Last week... the little fox on the bottom left was in black and white... although, she is still anxious for her performance, deep down, she's happy to be in color. ;)

Sometimes, you just can't get passed the sketching stage, and so it was this week.  Maybe I am still overwhelmed and filled to the MAX with info from the recent SCBWI conference, but I could NOT get anything else to come out other than cute little B/W sketches.  This little fox really wants to dance... but maybe next week....

Growing up, I LOVED playing around and making beds with... fox tale grass.  It almost has the appearance as wheat; however, the ends are very soft and whispy. Any Prairie girl would be familiar with it :) 

Today's little Fox Tale... he found a friend.  Little Miss Butterfly!
